Effective Mentoring Relationships

Mentoring is a key component of becoming, and remaining, successful in your career. In fact, organization sponsored mentoring initiatives are capable of accelerating learning, improving retention, promoting diversity, elevating morale, strengthening recruitment, and much more. However, although most organizations have invested considerable resources into their mentoring initiatives, most programs are missing two extremely important components (i.e., intentionality and strategy).

This workshop is specifically designed to:

• Teach participants how to identify the appropriate mentors
• Build the initial relationships, and
• Strategically leverage their mentoring relationships to reach their career goals
